On behalf of the ICT Systems Support team at Universe, I am pleased to welcome you and share a bit about the support we provide behind the scenes to keep our work running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

As Universe continues to grow across research, training, consultancy, and agribusiness, our systems and digital tools have become central to how we deliver reliable, high-quality work. My role is to ensure that our staff, partners, and clients have the technical infrastructure they need: dependable networks, secure data systems, well-maintained hardware and software, and responsive support whenever issues arise.

In an organisation built on evidence and data, safeguarding the integrity, security, and accessibility of our information systems is a responsibility I take seriously. From maintaining our digital data collection platforms to protecting sensitive research and client information, ICT support underpins the trust that Universe works hard to earn every day.

I am also committed to supporting our push toward greater digital innovation, including the AI-powered tools and inclusive digital services that are increasingly part of our work.
